I'm Mark Blatchford. Over the last 30 years I've worked for Accenture and Unilever, two global companies with a great pedigree of developing talent. During this time I've led teams around the world, delivered change and grown as a leader.

Led the establishment of an HR service centre; building an award-winning team (SSON HR Shared Service Centre of the year).
Successfully trained and facilitated the Unilever HR Function in how to manage outsourced services; helping country teams around the world collaborate effectively.
Ran multiple Purpose workshops to help individuals discover their unique purpose. People with a sense of purpose are more resilient, more engaged and are often better able to bring results. Research with LSE shows Purpose drives performance.
Facilitated ‘Leading Through Change’ Workshops to allow senior teams to examine how to manage change in their specific context. In one instance it allowed a team of 12 leaders to successfully navigate and support their team of 400 through a TUPE transfer.
Coached 40 Directors in a single program to help them see their value and help them create their own Future Fit Plans. They were better able to help their team members develop their own plans too.
Led a project to assess and develop 140 top leaders, including the creation of a unique development plan for each leader. This supported the senior leaders during a time of change and allowed the company to set a cohesive direction.
Created and launched a multi million programme which is now providing 1-2-1 coaching for over 2000 Directors. Helping them thrive in a year of company transformation and change of CEO.
Mentoring Graduates & Interns who are starting out their career journey; supporting the next generation of workers and leaders.
Facilitated workshops with various teams to help them define team purpose, team objective setting, most critical priorities, action plans, problem solving, creating team energy and building resilience
Coaching and mentoring individuals at all levels to better attune to their work environment
Associate Certified Coach (ACC) Credential-holders are trained (60+ hours) and experienced (100+ hours) coaches. I've have demonstrated knowledge and emerging proficiency in the application of the ICF Core Competencies, Code of Ethics, and definition of coaching. I commit to high ethical standards and have demonstrated, through rigorous assessment, professional competence in my work with clients. The ACC must be renewed every three years.
