Ran multiple Purpose workshops to help individuals discover their unique purpose. People with a sense of purpose are more resilient, more engaged and are often better able to bring results. Research with LSE shows Purpose drives performance.
Facilitated ‘Leading Through Change’ Workshops to allow senior teams to examine how to manage change in their specific context. In one instance it allowed a team of 12 leaders to successfully navigate and support their team of 400 through a TUPE transfer.
Coached 40 Directors in a single program to help them see their value and help them create their own Future Fit Plans. They were better able to help their team members develop their own plans too.
Led a project to assess and develop 140 top leaders, including the creation of a unique development plan for each leader. This supported the senior leaders during a time of change and allowed the company to set a cohesive direction.
Created and launched a multi million programme which is now providing 1-2-1 coaching for over 2000 Directors. Helping them thrive in a year of company transformation and change of CEO.
